Biospringer Industrial Finance and Supply Controller (W/M)

As the Industrial Finance and Supply Controller, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and process optimization across multiple manufacturing and supply chain sites worldwide. This position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact and foster collaboration across diverse teams.

• Analyser et surveiller les coûts de production (matières premières, main-d'œuvre, maintenance, utilités, etc.) pour fournir des informations exploitables.
• Diriger le déploiement et la standardisation de SAP (en particulier le module Contrôle) pour garantir des rapports financiers précis et en temps réel.
• Développer des outils pour surveiller et optimiser les coûts de transport et l'efficacité logistique.

We’re seeking an experienced finance professional who brings a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and strategic insight. Here’s what you’ll need:
**Experience & Background:**

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or a related field.
• 10–15 years in industrial controlling, supply chain finance, or similar roles.
• Deep expertise in production cost analysis and CAPEX management.
• Proven track record working with international teams and multi-site operations.

**Skills:**

• Advanced proficiency in SAP (especially the CO module, familiarity with PP a plus).
• Exceptional analytical ability and capacity to turn data into actionable plans.
• A collaborative and proactive mindset with strong communication abilities.
• Exceptional ability to partner effectively with operational teams and develop trust across geographies and functions.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
