Data Governance Solutions Manager (W/M)

Join Lesaffre, a global leader in yeasts and fermentation. As the Data Governance Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for managing data governance tools and solutions, particularly in the Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality domains. You will work closely with business teams to meet the company's needs in master data management and data quality improvement.

• Gérer l'équipe MDM, définir les évolutions de la solution MDM et assurer le déploiement de la solution MDM pour les données maîtresses.
• Gérer l'équipe de qualité des données, assurer le respect des normes minimales de qualité des données dans divers projets.
• Faciliter la communication et la collaboration entre les différentes parties prenantes (business, IT, gouvernance des données).
• Master's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, data management, or a related field.
• Significant experience (minimum 10 years) in data governance, master data management, and data quality improvement.
• Extensive knowledge of data governance concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in master data management (MDM), data quality analysis tools and business intelligence (SQL, Snowflake, Power BI).
• Proven team management and change management skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in French and English is essential.
• Analytical mindset, innovative, and adaptable to changes.
