About The Role

Join Lesaffre, a global leader in yeasts and fermentation, as the Global Regulatory Affairs/Market Access Team Leader. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive global regulatory strategy and market access for the Phileo Business Unit, ensuring regulatory compliance and shaping market access strategies worldwide. You will lead a team of experts, oversee regulatory operations, engage with stakeholders, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage team development. This position offers a collaborative and dynamic team environment, exposure to international markets, and the opportunity to shape regulatory strategy in a growing, innovative-driven environment.

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie mondiale des affaires réglementaires et de l'accès au marché pour l'unité commerciale Phileo.
  • Superviser la préparation, la soumission et le suivi des dossiers d'enregistrement par l'équipe (ingrédients et additifs alimentaires) dans le monde entier.
  • Agir en tant qu'interface clé avec les autorités (par exemple, Commission européenne, EFSA, FDA, AAFCO, MAPA, etc.) et contribuer aux actions de plaidoyer et de lobbying.

With a scientific background and technical expertise (ideally a PhD level in the field of animal nutrition and health or DVM), you have at least **10 years of experience in regulatory affairs in the animal nutrition** **and/or health sector**. Experience in authorization and renewal requests as feed additive in the EU is a plus.

You have demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams in an international environment. You bring strong project management capabilities and are able to drive cross-functional collaboration across complex organizations.

You also demonstrate excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders at different levels of the organization.

Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
