Internship - Strategy and M&A Analyst (6 months starting July 2026) M/W

Join Lesaffre, a global leader in yeasts and fermentation, as a Strategy and M&A Analyst intern. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders within the company, focusing on strategy and M&A topics. Your responsibilities will include identifying innovative biotech companies and startups, participating in various strategy-related subjects, and engaging in M&A projects. This is a 6-month internship starting in July 2026.

• Participate in various subjects related to the company's strategy and identify M&A targets.
• Screen acquisition opportunities, conduct preliminary diagnosis of targets, and present findings to General Managers.
• Participate in M&A projects, including strategic analysis, valuation of acquisition targets, and due diligence.

**Profile sought**

• Student / graduate of a top-ranking business, engineering or agronomy school,
• Interest in corporate strategy and M&A,
• Appetence for the health, nutrition and biotechnology sectors,
• Intellectual curiosity,
• Strong analysis and synthesis skills,
• Strong communication skills,
• Good knowledge of corporate finance,
• Good knowledge of Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
