Strategic Account Manager in Animal Nutrition & Health (M/F)

Join Lesaffre, a global leader in yeasts and fermentation, as a Strategic Account Manager in Animal Nutrition & Health. In this role, you will develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic accounts, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure alignment and communication between the accounts and various Phileo teams. You will have a high level of autonomy and responsibility while respecting the defined commercial strategy. The position is based in France (or another European country) and requires approximately 50% travel.

• Utiliser votre expertise en nutrition et santé animale pour établir des relations solides avec les comptes stratégiques.
• Développer et mettre en œuvre des plans stratégiques à long terme avec les comptes stratégiques, en assurant l'alignement et la communication entre les différentes équipes.
• Négocier directement avec les comptes stratégiques si nécessaire, en veillant à leur satisfaction et à leur fidélité.

**Profile:**

• Solid expertise in animal nutrition and health, and knowledge of the industry
• Master's degree or engineering diploma (or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in Key Account management
• Excellent negotiation and project management skills
• Relational skills and indirect leadership
• Proficiency in English, proficiency in another language would be a plus
• Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset
