About The Role
Join Greenhouse as an FP&A Manager, where you will drive financial planning, analysis, and business partnership for our Marketing organization. You will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the financial strategy for our next phase of growth in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Marketing organization, serving as the primary finance advisor to Marketing leadership.
- Manage the end-to-end Marketing budget, including monthly close support, variance analysis, and all planning and forecasting activity.
- Develop and maintain financial models to track Marketing spend effectiveness and evaluate investments, headcount, and project ROI.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for to automate FP&A workflows
- Significant experience in a business partnering role; experience as a trusted finance partner directly supporting Marketing leadership in software or cloud businesses is highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate financial results into clear recommendations and frame discussions around decisions, tradeoffs, and next steps for audiences with varying levels of financial expertise
- Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Strong analytical and financial skills; proficient in forecasting, financial modeling, budgeting, and variance analysis, with the ability to connect marketing metrics and pipeline performance to budget decisions and business outcomes
- Experience with FP&A tools (e.g., Adaptive, NetSuite) and marketing planning tools such as Allocadia or Uptempo, a plus

- 7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance, including experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
- A collaborative partner – you excel at building strong relationships and becoming a trusted financial advisor to Marketing and GTM leaders, navigating diverse personalities and senior stakeholders to achieve win-win solutions and drive strategic initiatives
- A process transformer – you are excited by the autonomy to lead core FP&A functions, eager to enhance financial models, improve planning processes, and implement automation and AI tooling to reduce manual work and drive greater efficiency and accuracy
- A strategic visionary – you thrive on translating complex financial and marketing performance data into actionable business and operational plans, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and driving significant strategic impact
