Technical Recruiter

Join First Resonance as a Technical Recruiter, where you'll own full-cycle hiring for critical technical roles, including Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Forward Deployed Engineers. You'll work directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to shape the recruitment process, proactively source candidates, and manage ATS hygiene. • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build scorecards, and calibrate on hiring bar.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, and community networks.
• Clear, direct communicator; candidates remember their experience with you
• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, in-house or agency
• Experience managing an ATS and using recruiting data to improve process
• Comfortable with ambiguity — this is a startup, and the playbook is still being written
• Background in regulated or hard-tech industries (aerospace, defense, energy, manufacturing)
• Strong active sourcing skills — you build pipelines, not just manage inbound
• Demonstrated success hiring software engineers, product managers, and other technical profiles
• Experience recruiting Forward Deployed Engineers or other customer-facing technical roles
• Experience building recruiting infrastructure from scratch: scorecards, interview kits, calibration frameworks
• Familiarity with technical assessment tools
