Head of People

Join Arine, a rapidly growing health tech company, as the Head of People. In this role, you will partner closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to develop people strategies that align with business goals, oversee the recruiting function, and manage people operations and compliance. You will lead and develop the People Team, guiding team members to achieve the best possible outcomes. This is a remote position based in the US, with a strong emphasis on culture and talent strategy.

• Experience in a healthcare, health tech, or regulated industry company
• Experience at a high-growth tech company between Series B and Series D
• Familiarity with Rippling as HRIS
• 15+ years of People leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a Head of People or VP-equivalent role
• Background supporting engineering or product organizations specifically
• Comfort operating in ambiguity without waiting for permission to act
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with C-level executives and senior leaders and influence outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to lead across two distinct workforce populations: a technical org and a high-volume or operationally intensive workforce (clinical, support, call center, or similar)
• Exposure to AI enablement or responsible AI adoption within a People function
