Carrier Revenue Analyst

Join our Finance team as a Carrier Revenue Analyst. In this role, you will provide analytical support for claims and collections processes, own communication with internal stakeholders, and be responsible for strategic reporting and reconciliation. You will analyze claims data, create various revenue and claims reports, assist with monthly and quarterly reports, reconcile claims payments, and monitor contractual billing and claims errors. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team are essential.

• Provide analytical support for claims and collections processes, and own communication with internal stakeholders.
• Analyze claims data using Excel and SQL to identify corrective action plans to address root issues.
• Create various revenue and claims reports for key stakeholders in the Finance department, and assist with review and delivery of standard monthly and quarterly reports.
• Successful candidates for this role are self-starters with a balance of quantitative and qualitative skills, along with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Accounting experience is a plus
• Knowledge of billing and claims procedures and claims collection techniques
• Individuals who have passion for finance and business administration
• Must be a motivated individual with a positive and exceptional work ethic
• Requires bachelor’s degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• SQL knowledge is preferred
• Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Excel or similar software skills are required, with an ability and willingness to learn new systems and programs
• Excellent analytical skills: attention to detail, critical thinking ability, decision making, and researching skills to analyze a question or problem and reach a solution
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, strong customer service skills, demonstrating tact and sensitivity in stressful situations
