Financial Operations Analyst (Revenue and Cash Conversion)

Progyny is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to drive transformative change within the Finance Operations group and the broader Finance team. This data-driven role requires a deep understanding of the business and will involve managing invoicing and payment processes, partnering with cross-functional teams, analyzing client payment trends, and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. • Manage invoicing and payment processes for Progyny’s Employee Per Month (PEPM) clients and new products.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate client payments, and strategize and deliver solutions for the Finance organization.
• Analyze client payment trends and identify outstanding balances using tools such as Power BI dashboards, Unapplied Cash reports, Salesforce, and Intacct.
• Proficiency in Excel and Intacct
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and work independently on multiple tasks
• 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Operations, or Business Analytics
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, Looker)
• Experience with portal invoice submissions (e.g., Coupa, Ariba)
