Senior Client Onboarding Manager

In this role, you will lead the implementation process for new clients, ensuring a smooth integration of Progyny's products and services. You will manage a portfolio of new client implementations and strategic projects, oversee project coordination, and drive client implementations that exceed expectations. Additionally, you will train and mentor team members, communicate organizational processes, and manage integrations with client-specific partners. • Lead and manage the client onboarding process, ensuring smooth implementations that exceed client expectations.
• Oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring seamless coordination across the onboarding team and cross-functional partners.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members on the implementation process and best practice adoption, while managing a portfolio of new client implementations.
• The ideal candidate will have experience navigating complex benefits programs and managing client relationships for large and strategic accounts
• Minimum six years’ experience in a similar role with proven track record of success
• Bachelor's degree required
• Master’s degree, PMP Certification, or similar certifications is a plus
• Experience supporting Taft-Hartley Fund, and/or public sector clients is a plus
• Demonstrated implementation management skills including leadership, communication, customer management, project management
• Experience working in a healthcare / benefit environment preferred
