Technical Recruiter

Join Kargo Global as a Technical Recruiter, where you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, partnering closely with the HR function and tech and product hiring managers. You will build relationships with internal managers, serve as a brand ambassador, and provide best-in-class service to candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment focused on tech and product roles, familiarity with recruiting technology platforms, and a strategic mindset.

• Sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical and product-focused roles.
• Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand and anticipate hiring needs.
• Providing best-in-class service to candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Experience utilizing various recruitment and ATS platforms including but not limited to Greenhouse and Linkedin Recruiter
• Experience in recruitment focused on tech and product focused roles
• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of mid-level recruiting experience or above
• Strategic thinker who can support and refine an end-to-end recruiting, interviewing and hiring process
• Excels in high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in (ad) tech, creative, or startup environment (a plus but not required)
• Exemplary track record in recruiting for all levels of talent ranging from coordinator level to VP level
• Confidence in your sourcing & recruiting skills, able to provide professional guidance to hiring managers with a strong customer service orientation
