Senior Financial Analyst (GTM)

About The Role
Join Human Interest, a high-growth company dedicated to helping Americans save for their future. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Go-to-Market Finance function, building financial models for revenue forecasting, and collaborating with all levels of the organization to improve forecasting accuracy and financial reporting. You will also serve as a strategic finance business partner to GTM leaders, provide data-driven insights to optimize sales and marketing efficiency, and automate core systems for a single source of truth.
- Design, build, and maintain sophisticated models for GTM operating expenses, including sales & marketing spend, headcount, compensation, commissions, and revenue share.
- Own the variance analysis, identifying the root causes of budget-to-actual variances and translating them into actionable insights for leadership.
- Serve as a strategic finance business partner to GTM leaders and their teams, owning their budgets and headcount plans, driving spend accountability, and providing ad hoc analysis and budgetary support.
- Excel wizardry - ability to build robust financial models
- 3+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or FinTech environment
- Familiarity with NetSuite and Pigment is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills - ability to collaborate across functions and levels throughout the company, as well as with external partners
- High degree of comfort with ambiguity; ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, Churn, LTV/CAC, NRR) and how they flow through to the P&L
- Ability to drive insights from large datasets - SQL experience a plus
