Data Operations Global Expansion Lead

Join Figure, a leading AI/ML company, as the Data Operations Global Expansion Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for launching new data operations sites around the world, managing everything from site selection to steady-state handoff to local operators. You will build and continuously improve the expansion playbook, coordinate with engineering, product, and ops, and manage relationships with local partners. This is a highly organized role that requires strong project management skills and experience working across cultures or in international markets. Fluency in Spanish and Arabic is preferred.

• Lead the team responsible for launching new human data operations sites globally, overseeing all aspects from site selection to steady-state handoff.
• Develop and implement the strategy for expanding data operations into new geographies, managing entity setup, localization, and community building.
• Build and continuously improve the expansion playbook, creating repeatable systems and processes to make each new site launch faster and more reliable.
• 5-10 years in Operations roles at startups and/or global corporations
• Highly organized with strong project management instincts, comfortable managing multiple sites, partners, and workstreams simultaneously and keeping all plates spinning
• Experience working across cultures or in international markets
• Experience standing up new locations in international markets
• A commitment to 5 days/week in-office collaboration
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to own outcomes
• Background in AI/ML companies or understanding of data collection for machine learning
• Fluency in Spanish
• Experience managing physical-world operations in addition to digital platforms
• Fluency in Arabic
