Deployment Engineer (Data Collection)

Join our TeleOperation team as a Deployment Engineer, where you will manage technical challenges across our teleoperation system for robot data collection. You will bridge the gap between field operations and core engineering, troubleshoot daily technical blockers, drive root-cause analysis for recurring issues, and build scalable workflows. This role requires regular travel across the Bay Area and approximately 25% travel across the country. You will provide hands-on support to the teleoperations team, execute robot commissioning and testing at customer sites, triage hardware and software issues, and communicate clearly with engineers and leadership.

• Assurer la gestion des défis techniques liés au système de téléopération pour la collecte de données des robots.
• Servir de liaison entre les opérations sur le terrain et l'ingénierie, en résolvant les obstacles techniques quotidiens et en analysant les causes profondes.
• Planifier et exécuter la logistique du déploiement de systèmes robotiques en phase de développement.
• Experience with stakeholder management and customer success
• Familiarity with project management software (Confluence, Jira, etc.)
• Excellent judgment and execution in high pressure situations
• 3-5+ years of work experience in automotive or industrial automation/robotics integration, deployment, and development
• Engineering degree
• Ability to work with your hands on electro - mechanical systems
• Experience transitioning products from design to pilot to commercialization
• Willingness to travel frequently to collect sites
• Experience with Linux, Python or coding languages
• Software validation experience
