Deployment Logistics Lead

Join Figure, a robotics company focused on creating advanced humanoid robots. As the Deployment Logistics Lead, you will manage the movement of robots, spare parts, and other materials between Figure HQ, customer sites, and field operations. You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and serve as the primary logistics point of contact across Commercial Operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or field operations coordination.

• Coordination of all field logistics, including scheduling, tracking, and managing the deployment and return of robots and equipment.
• Management of domestic and international shipments, including freight carriers, customs documentation, and delivery timelines.
• Maintenance of accurate, real-time records of robot and equipment inventory in the field, and ownership of the process for preparing, inspecting, and documenting equipment.
• Proficiency with tracking systems, spreadsheets, and project management tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Jira, Confluence)
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
• Excellent communication skills - comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and external partners
• 5+ years experience in logistics, shipping, asset management, or field operations coordination
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Familiarity with international shipping, customs, and import/export documentation
• Experience in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or hardware company logistics
• Experience supporting trade shows, demos, or customer events
• Exposure to inventory management systems or ERP tools
