Technical Recruiter

Join Figure, a company focused on developing general-purpose humanoid robots. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting top talent across various technical and operational functions. You will manage a fast-moving pipeline, build a diverse candidate pipeline, partner with hiring managers, track recruiting metrics, ensure a positive candidate experience, drive improvements to the interview process, and support seamless onboarding for new hires. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience recruiting for technical and/or operational roles, strong communication skills, and a passion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

• Attracting top talent for various technical and operational roles, with a focus on Commercial and Operations.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple concurrent requisitions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Building and maintaining a diverse candidate pipeline through direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging recruitment platforms.
• Proven ability to pivot quickly between different hiring functions and ramp up on new technical domains with minimal ramp time
• 2+ years of experience recruiting for technical and/or operational roles, with demonstrated success managing high-volume pipelines across multiple functions simultaneously in fast-growing tech or manufacturing environments
• Proven success in sourcing passive candidates and building a diverse talent pipeline through various methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, provide strategic advice, and challenge hiring managers when needed
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter) to manage a large, multi-function req load efficiently
• Experience recruiting across Commercial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Software, AI, or Controls functions specifically
• Deep understanding of the technical landscape and the unique challenges in recruiting for AI, robotics, and engineering teams
• Experience recruiting at a staffing or search agency, with exposure to managing multiple concurrent client requisitions across varied technical domains
• Passionate about fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace, with a track record of promoting diverse hiring practices
