About The Role

Join Arondite, a company at the forefront of software design. As our first brand designer, you will lead the execution, refinement, and evolution of our brand, creating visually compelling assets across various marketing and external communications. You will collaborate with multiple teams to understand company and project needs, ensuring brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries. This role offers a highly competitive salary, generous equity options, comprehensive health and dental insurance, and an unlimited holiday policy.

  • Lead the execution, refinement, and evolution of the Arondite brand, ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Design visually compelling assets across the full range of marketing and external communications, from decks, factsheets, and white papers to conference stands, adverts, and social graphics.
  • Collaborate with growth, video, design, and ops teams to understand company and project needs, and deliver impactful design work that showcases the world-class work we do.
  • 3-5 years professional experience in brand or graphic design - either at agency or in-house at a fast-moving product company. Having worked for software-only companies is a major advantage
  • Able to work at pace and make good decisions independently - briefs will not always be complete or clear. We value the ability to take ambiguity and turn it into clarity
  • An exceptionally strong and opinionated portfolio showcasing brand experience across a range of mediums: digital, print, web, presentation and beyond
  • Mastery of design fundamentals: typography, hierarchy, composition and colour - from statement work to complex document layout
  • Experience working alongside technical teams and complex organisations is a plus
  • Experience and appetite for motion graphics, video production or photography skills are a significant advantage. We don’t expect mastery across every discipline, but a willingness to try and experiment with new capabilities is key
  • Ability to work with, brief and feed back to external and internal design partners
  • We don’t expect everyone to have experience across each of these areas. Please apply even if you only partially fulfil this list
  • We believe in working closely with defence customers. As a result, this role is likely to require you to hold a clearance or be willing to undergo UK security vetting to Security Check (SC) or above. This normally requires having continuous residency in the UK for at least 5 years
