Product Delivery Lead

• Assurer la livraison en temps voulu de versions de produits de haute qualité et sécurisées à l'équipe de déploiement.
• Coordonner avec l'équipe produit pour garantir que les versions sont de haute qualité en intégrant les tests, la conformité et les vérifications de performance.
• Maintenir et communiquer les calendriers de publication à travers l'ingénierie, le produit et les parties prenantes de l'équipe de déploiement.
• Exposure to security and compliance frameworks (e.g. SOC 2/ISO 9001/ISO 27001)
• Experience working directly with large engineering teams on the roadmap, release planning, dependency mapping, and cross-team sequencing
• At least 5 years experience in release management, technical program management, or delivery for an enterprise-grade product
• Current programming / scripting experience and a familiarity with DevSecOps practices in order to drive automation without compromising quality or security
• A technical background, ideally as a software engineer, in previous roles
• Strong stakeholder communication skills when translating between engineering, product, customer-facing teams, and leadership
• Background in a regulated or security-conscious industry (fintech, defence, healthcare)
• Knowledge of government-specific compliance requirements (such as Secure by Design)
