Agentic Engineer(s)

• Architect and build AI-powered products end-to-end, including designing technical systems that multiply team output.
• Build and manage a fleet of agents, improving agentic effectiveness and designing workflows that scale with agents.
• Collaborate as a 10x team, backcasting from product outcomes and building most of the solution at once.

Required technical skills are

• Backend experience with frontend exposure or full-stack experience
• Strong technical design capability
• Deep understanding of design patterns
• Experience experimenting with coding co-pilots / AI coding tools
• Systems thinking
