About The Role

Join Culture Amp as a Senior Social Media Manager, where you'll lead social strategy and execution across our social channels. You'll work closely with various teams to connect social to key moments, develop our social narrative, and own day-to-day content planning and community engagement. You'll also partner with our communications and PR teams, lead event promotion, and help grow our internal influencer and employee amplification approach. Additionally, you'll monitor performance, spot trends, and create social video content.

  • Lead the development and execution of organic social strategies across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Own day-to-day content planning, publishing, and community engagement across Culture Amp’s social presence, ensuring consistency and creativity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create social-first content that aligns with campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with comfort working across functions and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build performance-aware strategies across multiple social channels
  • 5-7 years of social-first experience, ideally in B2B or tech
  • A strong eye for design and the ability to collaborate well with creative partners
  • A proactive mindset - you spot gaps, move quickly, and recommend better ways of working
  • Strong understanding of what makes content work on different platforms, and the judgment to adapt as those platforms evolve
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where strategy and execution need to work hand in hand
  • Confidence creating content for different audiences, from HR practitioners to executive business leaders
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a track record of developing an unmissable brand voice, editorial strategy, or personality on social platforms
  • Familiarity with AI tools that improve creative workflows and content production
