Workplace Experience Partner (EMEA)
Culture Amp · London, United Kingdom
About The Role
Join our team as a Workplace Experience Partner for EMEA, where you'll be the heartbeat of our London and Berlin offices. This hands-on, people-first role blends operational rigor with creative energy. You'll manage the day-to-day operations of our offices, design and deliver events that foster connection and belonging, and act as the go-to point of contact for Campers and leaders across the region. With a focus on self-direction and ownership, you'll proactively solve problems, manage competing priorities, and create an office experience that Campers are proud of.
- Self-motivation and independence — Working with a global team, you're able to self-motivate, prioritise, and drive work independently and with confidence
- Adaptability and problem-solving ability — You thrive when juggling competing day-to-day priorities and resolve office and Camper issues proactively and calmly
- Facilities and vendor management experience — A proven ability to manage office operations, repairs and maintenance, and vendor relationships in a fast-paced, in-person environment. In addition to liaising with landlords and building management
- Event planning and execution skills — A track record of designing and running engaging workplace events and connection moments for a distributed team
- Strong stakeholder communication — You're a confident, clear communicator who builds trust quickly with local leaders, Campers, and cross-functional teams (including PX, Internal Comms, and IT/Facilities)
- Energised by both the operational and the human side of workplace experience — equally comfortable coordinating a vendor as you are pulling off an event that Campers talk about for months
- Someone who takes genuine pride in creating spaces and moments where people feel they belong
- Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and someone who brings positive energy to the team even on the busiest days
- Research shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds may hesitate to apply if they don’t meet every requirement, but your unique experience matters. If you’re interested in joining us, we strongly encourage you to apply and help us build a more diverse and impactful team
