You will own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and business functions, build and manage strong candidate pipelines, and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams. • Identifying, attracting, and closing world-class talent across the revenue organization.
• Partnering directly with leaders across various departments to understand hiring needs and shape recruiting strategies.
• Building and managing strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth technology company, executive search firm, or recruiting agency
• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions
• Strong sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive candidates in competitive markets
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• High standards, strong ownership mentality, and relentless focus on outcomes
• Demonstrated success hiring GTM talent across multiple functions and seniority levels
• Experience recruiting for developer-focused, infrastructure, SaaS, AI, fintech, or crypto companies
• Experience supporting rapid company scaling from growth-stage to late-stage startup environments
• Familiarity with Ashby or modern recruiting technology stacks
• Passion for emerging technologies, AI, blockchain, or developer ecosystems
