About The Role

Join Alchemy, a leading blockchain development platform, as a Customer Product Engineer. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, provide technical support, and shape product decisions based on customer feedback. You will work closely with the Account Abstraction and Wallet Services team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive referrals. Manage the relationship with customers from onboarding to ongoing success, ensuring a smooth experience and prompt resolution of issues.
Provide hands-on technical support within the Account Abstraction product vertical, scaling support systems and contributing to improvements.
Gather and aggregate customer feedback to inform the product roadmap, working closely with product and engineering teams.
This role is meant for someone with a technical background who is looking to work with multiple sides of the business, with the main focus on delivering results for customers
Experience in startups, a plus
Strong analytical skills
Experience with blockchain a large plus
Founded a company or built side projects, a plus
Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex technical issues
Technical degree
Experience and interest in Account Abstraction / Wallet Services
1+ years of experience in a software development role
Interest in technology, blockchain, crypto
Excellent people skills to monitor and measure customer performance
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
