Identifying, attracting, and closing exceptional technical talent across the company.
Partnering closely with engineering and product leaders to understand organizational priorities and develop hiring strategies.
Building and managing high-quality candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, talent mapping, and community engagement.
Ability to operate independently and manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously
Demonstrated success hiring software engineers and technical talent across multiple levels, from early-career hires through senior and staff-level candidates
Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive decision-making
High standards, strong ownership mentality, and relentless focus on outcomes
Strong sourcing skills and a track record of engaging passive technical candidates in competitive talent markets
5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a high-growth technology company, executive search firm, or recruiting agency
Ability to develop credibility and influence with engineering, product, and executive stakeholders
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Experience recruiting for highly technical domains such as infrastructure, distributed systems, backend engineering, machine learning, AI, security, developer tools, or platform engineering
Experience recruiting for developer infrastructure, cloud platforms, AI, fintech, crypto, or blockchain companies
Experience hiring Staff+, Principal, and Engineering Leadership talent
Familiarity with modern recruiting technologies, sourcing tools, and talent intelligence platforms
Experience supporting rapid company scaling from growth-stage to late-stage startup environments
Passion for emerging technologies and building products that shape the future of the internet
