FCL Procurement Manager

Join our team as the Head of FCL Procurement, where you will manage the FCL procurement activity in line with the strategy defined by the Ocean Freight Procurement & Product Director. You will be responsible for securing competitive buying conditions, reliable carrier solutions, and clear pricing guidance for the FCL business. Your role will involve implementing the FCL procurement action plan, negotiating buying conditions with shipping lines, supporting sales teams, and monitoring procurement performance.

• Implement and follow the FCL procurement action plan, ensuring alignment with operational efficiency, sales development, and margin protection.
• Negotiate FCL buying conditions, allocations, and space commitments with shipping lines, while monitoring market trends and carrier performance.
• Support Sales teams with market information, trade lane guidance, and procurement recommendations, and issue Minimum Selling Rate guidelines by trade.
