Finance Manager (12 month FTC)

Join our fast-paced technology company as a Finance Manager for a 12-month maternity cover. In this high-impact role, you will take ownership of end-to-end accounting processes, statutory and management reporting, and drive process improvement. You will manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting close processes, prepare US GAAP management accounts, and oversee local statutory accounts for EMEA regions. You will also provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members and support the risk management process.

• Proven Finance Manager experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
• Professional accounting qualification — ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
• Experience with multi-currency reporting
• 3–5 years' post-qualified experience within industry
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality work to deadlines
• Team player with a positive, collaborative attitude
• Methodical, diligent, accurate and accountable approach to work
• Ability to challenge the status quo and drive improvement through change
• Credibility and confidence to liaise effectively with senior management
