- You have built and led high-performing program management teams in complex, fast-moving product organizations. You know how to design systems that make delivery predictable – and how to drive change in organizations that aren’t yet ready for it
- Fluency in agile delivery practices and hands-on experience with delivery tooling (Jira, Confluence, or equivalents); experience leading program managers across multiple geographies and time zones
- The strategic clarity to see across a portfolio and the operational depth to get into the detail when it matters – and the judgment to know when each is required

- Proven ability to drive change in complex, matrixed organizations – building alignment around new ways of working, even when it requires pushing against resistance
- High ownership and a team-first mindset – you bring problems with proposed solutions, develop others to do the same, and measure yourself by what the team achieves
- Executive presence and communication range – equally effective in a technical dependency conversation with an engineering lead and a portfolio risk briefing with the CPTO; able to influence without authority across functions and levels
