About The Role

Join Synera, a fast-growing company in the AI and automation space. As a Junior Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in operationalizing the partner ecosystem, supporting the Partnerships Lead, and driving strategic growth. You will be responsible for meeting preparation, concept development, activity tracking, and building internal processes. This is a conceptual and execution role, not just administrative support. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success and growth.

  • Operationalize the partner ecosystem at Synera by developing and iterating collaboration models, tracking partner activities, and synthesizing this into actionable reporting.
  • Prepare for partner meetings by defining meeting objectives, drafting agendas, and creating slide materials or concept papers.
  • Maintain a structured log of partner activities, discovery calls, deal involvement, and enablement sessions, and proactively identify gaps in the partner program.
  • You resonate with Synera's Core Values - they're central to how we work, and we'll explore them together in your first interview
  • Background or degree in engineering
  • Interest in AI, automation, or engineering technology
  • Proactive work style, takes ownership of tasks without waiting to be pushed
  • Internship experience in strategy consulting, business development
  • Analytical and structured thinking, can take a complex situation and break it into a clear framework or process
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-moving environment with ambiguity

  • Ability to synthesize information quickly and produce concise, well-structured documents
