Product Manager (Desktop & Web)

• Lead discovery and validation by engaging with internal stakeholders and customers to uncover user needs and pain points.
• Collaborate with the development team to translate insights into impactful product decisions and clarify scope during implementation.
• Own a problem space, deeply understand users, map opportunities, and co-create strategy with design and engineering.
• You resonate with Synera's Core Values - they're central to how we work, and we'll explore them together in your first interview
• You are naturally curious about our domain and new technologies to build deep understanding of customer workflows and market context
• You must have an understanding of CAx technology (geometry kernels, different simulation disciplines), you translate technical possibilities into customer value (academic studies or relevant experience)
• You bring at least 5-8 years’ experience working on technology-powered products as a Product Manager or Product Designer, ideally in a start-up or scale-up B2B SaaS environment
• You understand and apply modern techniques of product discovery and delivery, focusing on outcomes, not output
• You solve complex problems with sound judgment, balancing constraints and communicating your reasoning clearly through data-informed narratives
