Senior Product Manager (SMB Growth)

Join Easyship, a leading e-commerce shipping platform, as a Senior Product Manager focused on SMB growth. In this role, you will define solutions aligned with the product vision and strategy, manage the activation, retention, and monetization of Easyship's SMB merchant base, and collaborate with global teams to deliver quality products. You will also gain a deep understanding of warehouse operations and stay informed about market dynamics and competitor activities. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong command over product analytics and experimentation frameworks, as well as a deep understanding of consumer psychology and user experience principles.

• You possess practical experience with AI agents and LLMs. For you, prompt engineering is a fundamental requirement, not just a theoretical concept
• You have deep understanding of consumer psychology, user experience principles, and how to create intuitive, engaging product experiences
• You have 6+ years of experience in product management with at least 2 years focused on growth or PLG initiatives
• You are data-native, prioritizing cohorts, funnels, and experimentation over static documentation. You comfortably navigate SQL and dashboards to uncover non-obvious business insights
