Talent Acquisition Executive

Join Easyship, a leading shipping platform, as a Talent Acquisition Executive. In this hybrid role based in London, you will support our hiring team in driving hires across various geographies. You will own candidate relationships end-to-end, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, developing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and handling daily HR administrative duties. You will also have the opportunity to work on ad hoc projects as needed. • Sourcing candidates through both internal and external channels, and developing and updating job descriptions.
• Screening resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Handling daily HR administrative duties, including maintaining records across data sources, and supporting ad hoc projects as needed.
• You are independent, well-organized, and a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative
• You have experience working with Greenhouse

• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• You have at least 4 years of experience as a recruiter, in an agency or in-house setting
