Email Marketing Specialist (Temporary 6 Month Contract)

Join Borrowell, a growing company dedicated to making financial stability accessible to everyone. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in creating and implementing marketing campaigns for our over four million member base. You will own our affiliate marketing channel, coordinate with internal teams, and develop strong relationships with external partners. This is a temporary 6-month contract position with comprehensive health benefits, flexible working hours, and a wellness benefit.

• Plan, execute, and optimize email and push notification marketing campaigns for Borrowell’s member base.
• Own the affiliate marketing channel for Borrowell’s marketplace, including campaign planning, execution, reporting, and strategic direction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaign content, coordinate campaign assets, and ensure timely execution.
• Knowledge of customer engagement, with experience in email best practices, as well as methods for testing and optimization
• 1+ years experience with enterprise-level email service providers (Salesforce Marketing Cloud - preferred, Braze, Hubspot, Sendgrid, etc.)
• Ability to prioritize effectively and quantify the impact of work
• Excellent communication both written and verbally, along with strong presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability
• Comfortable with data visualization and KPI tracking
• Experience with Looker, Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Experience working in a scaling startup
• Basic understanding of SQL for audience segmentation
