Senior Partnerships Manager (12 Month Leave Coverage)

In this remote-first role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day partnership relations, identifying and closing partner proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Deep analytical skills and experience using CRM systems, dashboards, and partner performance data
• 5+ years experience with roles that may include customer success, account management, and business development
• Detail oriented and comfortable building out scalable processes
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for experimentation and new ideas
• Experience scaling partnerships for a startup
• Experience in the FinTech industry or Financial Services
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience)
