Sustaining Engineer (Modeling)

Join our team as a Sustaining Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in identifying and solving critical production issues. This hands-on position requires a talented engineer with experience in both front-end and back-end development. You will become the subject matter expert for specific modules/services, debug Enterprise Java applications, and work closely with customer engagement and development teams. Prioritize tasks, document reported problems, and propose code fixes to the development team. • Identifying the root cause and solving critical production issues in a hands-on manner.
• Becoming the subject matter expert (SME) for specific modules/services and debugging Enterprise Java applications.
• Prioritizing tasks, accurately documenting problems, and triaging high-priority issues and bugs.
• Ability to analyze root cause for issues by looking at log files
• 5+ years of experience in Java and experience with SQL
• Passionate about developing strong expertise in their area and becoming a SME
• Interested to learn new technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a related area
