Enterprise Launch Manager

Join Navan as an Enterprise Launch Manager, where you will be responsible for the successful implementation of our travel and expense platform with a portfolio of Enterprise customers. You will act as the global project manager and technical contact for each implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality deployments. • Project Management: Oversee global implementation projects from signature to go-live, ensuring timely and high-quality deployments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Sales, Technical Integrations, Product & Engineering, to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
• Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and the 'voice of the customer' within the organization.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Customer Success/Account Management or related customer-facing position within experience managing complex projects
• Strong communication, time management, cross-functional collaboration and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel for client visits
• Preferred background in FinTech or corporate travel management
• Highly intelligent, passionate, driven, high EQ, coachable individuals who are excited to accelerate their careers
• Preferred experience with MEDDPICC/Command of the Message
• Demonstrable track record of high performance and success
• Experience managing enterprise implementations
• High energy, go-getter with fresh ideas who takes the initiative to get things done
