In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for enterprise sales roles, focusing on the East Coast. You will partner with regional managers and executives, design and execute creative sourcing strategies, and manage multiple priorities while delivering a standout candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience recruiting enterprise sales talent, strong sales instincts, and exceptional organizational skills.
