Senior Product Manager (Supplier Portal)

Join Navan as a Senior Product Manager for our new Supplier Portal. You will be responsible for building a self-service platform for external travel partners to manage their relationship with Navan, gain actionable analytics, and optimize their marketing to business travelers. You will take full accountability for the vision, strategy, discovery, pilot, and global rollout of the Supplier Portal. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong ownership mindset, marketplace expertise, technical fluency, and a fun-loving attitude.

• Stakeholder & Global Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of aligning commercial teams, engineering pods, and external partners across multiple time zones
• Ownership Mindset: 5+ years of Product Management experience at a fast-scaling software company, with a track record of taking complex user-facing or platform features from concept to launch
• Marketplace Expertise: Experience building vendor-, merchant-, or partner-facing tools within a two-sided marketplace (e.g., e-commerce hubs, food/mobility supply tools, or travel partner hubs)
• Technical Fluency: Demonstrated ability to partner daily with engineering teams to reason about platform dependencies, API structures, and data flows (no coding required)
