Senior Content Associate (Lifecycle Marketing)

Join our team as a Senior Content Associate, where you'll create high-impact content across various customer lifecycle channels. You'll collaborate closely with product marketing, CRM, social, design, communications, and compliance teams. Your work will be driven by specific audience segments and the products that fit them. You'll also contribute to our blog and owned channels, focusing on visibility in AI-driven discovery. This role requires strong writing skills, brand expertise, and sharp editing abilities.

• Producing lifecycle and customer marketing content in collaboration with various teams.
• Developing content at scale, bringing brand voice, editorial judgment, and an eye for compliance to every output.
• Building scalable systems (ex: copy banks, variant libraries, templates) that improve speed and consistency.
• Cross-functional thinking: You’re a marketer, a brand strategist, a writer, and an editor. You can take insights and turn them into high-impact marketing
• Strong editorial instincts: You understand the nuances of language and why every word, in its particular place, matters. You can pick up a brand voice and flex it for different audiences. Your work is equally as compelling as it is compliant, and you are comfortable working within a regulated industry
• Experience in or passion for financial services: You understand personal finance products, their purposes, and their benefits, and you can make them feel accessible to anyone
• Fluency with AI writing tools: You already use them, and you have opinions about when they help and when they don’t
• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, lifecycle marketing, or editorial, with a degree in marketing, PR, English, finance, or a related field
• Working knowledge of AEO/GEO: You’re an early adopter of the new world of LLM discoverability, and you’re comfortable reviewing analytics and writing with performance in mind
• Drive: You can handle multiple projects at once and have the initiative to see them forward in collaboration with various partners
