Corporate Finance Manager

Join AMP, a leading company in the climate technology sector, as a Corporate Finance Manager. In this role, you will partner closely with the SVP, Finance and CFO to shape the company's long-term growth strategy, capital planning, fundraising activities, and strategic transactions. You will own and maintain AMP's integrated long-range corporate financial model and capital plan, develop scenario analyses, evaluate strategic growth initiatives, and support the development of corporate strategy. Additionally, you will assist in managing relationships with investors, lenders, and strategic partners, and support the structuring and execution of project financing transactions.

• 5-10 years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, project finance, corporate development, corporate finance, consulting, or a similarly analytical role
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, capital structure, valuation methodologies, and financial statement analysis
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; Advanced degree like an MBA a plus
• Innate intellectual curiosity (you are comfortable asking questions and taking the initiative to dig into variances)
• Transaction experience involving fundraising, project finance, M&A, structured finance, or strategic partnerships
• Experience in climate technology, industrial technology, infrastructure, manufacturing, renewable energy, or related sectors
• Experience developing materials for investors, lenders, Board members, or executive leadership
