About The Role

Join Tubi, a leading streaming service, as a Senior Creator Partnerships Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing exclusive creator launches, maintaining day-to-day relationships with partners, and analyzing performance data to drive success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and support process improvements within the partnership pod. This is an individual contributor role with significant cross-functional responsibility.

  • Own the go-to-market process for exclusive creator launches, managing relationships with partners and ensuring all workstreams are on track.
  • Analyze post-launch performance for exclusives, monitor promotion activity and audience engagement, and proactively flag gaps to the Pod Lead.
  • Manage ongoing creator relationships day-to-day for mid-tier partners, coordinating check-ins, surfacing internal opportunities, and keeping creators engaged.
  • This is an individual contributor role with meaningful cross-functional responsibility
  • The ideal candidate is a proactive operator who understands the creator economy, communicates with influence, and knows how to move complex workstreams forward without daily supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow partner relationships with minimal supervision, including communicating with external partners and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence
  • Experience in creator partner management, content partnerships, or go-to-market execution within the creator economy
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy, including platform dynamics across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, video monetization models, and audience engagement strategies
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Airtable, Tubular Labs, or similar tools is a plus
  • Solid data literacy and experience using performance metrics to identify opportunities and inform decisions
  • 4+ years of experience in digital media, creator partnerships, entertainment, or a related field, with a track record of independently managing complex workstreams
  • Communicates clearly both internally and externally, tailoring depth to what the situation requires
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, synthesize information, and streamline day-to-day workflows
