Senior Technical Writer

Join Spectro Cloud as a Senior Technical Writer and contribute to our Kubernetes management platform, Palette. You will create user-friendly content, collaborate with technical teams, and mentor junior writers. Ideal candidates have a strong technical background, experience with developer tools, and a passion for learning new technologies.

• Contribuer à la documentation technique et à l'expérience utilisateur de Palette, la plateforme de gestion Kubernetes de Spectro Cloud.
• Créer des guides pratiques, des documents de fonctionnalités et du contenu éducatif qui aident les utilisateurs à comprendre et à utiliser les fonctionnalités du produit.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes produit, ingénierie et support pour garantir l'exactitude et l'exhaustivité de la documentation des fonctionnalités.
• Experience with infrastructure providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware)
• Familiar with containers and Kubernetes
• Experience with Docs-as-Code processes
• Comfortable creating diagrams and visual resources to help the learning process
• Experience in analyzing information architecture and restructuring content

• Able to coach and mentor other technical writers
• Displays a passion for learning and exploring new technologies
• Comfortable using developer tools such as git, CLIs, Docker, and GitHub
• Comfortable writing in Markdown
• A self-starter with the ability to dive into technical features by themselves and create documentation
• 4+ years of experience as a technical writer
• Cloud certifications, such as the AWS cloud certifications
• Experience with AI tools and workflows
• Excellent communication skills
