🌍 Customer Success / Account Management Intern – International Clients

Join OneFlash, a fast-growing startup in the heart of Paris. As a Customer Success / Account Management Intern, you will manage a portfolio of international B2B clients, handle daily client requests, track performance metrics, and contribute to account plans. You will also coordinate on-site client activations and contribute to improving internal tools and processes. This is a 6-month full-time internship starting in August 2026.

• Gérer et soutenir un portefeuille de clients B2B internationaux, en assurant une communication efficace et en répondant à leurs demandes quotidiennes.
• Suivre les indicateurs de performance et les données d'utilisation, en transformant les informations en recommandations exploitables.
• Identifier les opportunités de vente additionnelle ou de renouvellement, et contribuer aux plans de compte.
• You’re currently in **Master 1 or Master 2** (business school, university, or equivalent).
• You’re looking for a **6-month full-time internship** starting **August 2026**.
• You have a first experience in **customer success, account management, or operations**.
• You’re **fluent in English** (mandatory – you’ll work daily in English).
• You speak **German / Swedish / Spanish** as a strong plus.
• French is **optional** but appreciated for daily team interactions.
• You’re autonomous, structured, and proactive — capable of juggling multiple priorities.
• You have great communication skills and empathy, and love building long-term relationships.
• You’re comfortable with **digital tools** (Excel, Notion, HubSpot/CRM, etc.).
• You’re curious, resourceful, and want to grow in a fast-moving, international startup environment.
