Technical Project Manager (Delivery)

Join our team as a Technical Project Manager (Delivery) and play a pivotal role in driving the delivery of new AI-focused engagements. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, contribute to the growth of our internal delivery organization, facilitate Scrum rituals, and bridge the gap between engineering and client goals. • Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, from kickoff to post-launch.
• Actively contribute to the definition and growth of the internal delivery organization, proposing scalable process improvements.
• Facilitate Scrum rituals and evolve them to fit the specific needs of the startup environment, mentoring the team on Agile practices.
• 5-8+years of technical delivery/project management experience in AI or SaaS
• Deep technical literacy and ability to coach others on delivery best practices
• Ability to work with imperfect systems and incrementally improve them over time rather than striving for immediate perfection
• Strong communication skills—able to navigate technical and non-technical discussions
• Organizational Mindset: A proven history of not just working within a system, but creating one. You have experience building or refining delivery processes in a scaling startup
• Highly adaptable and comfortable working with evolving processes and priorities
