Operations Specialist

As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in protecting our platform and users as we expand into new markets. You will tackle daily anti-fraud operations and work on finding innovative solutions to streamline fraud management. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference and be part of a dynamic team.

• Tackling anti-fraud daily operations and finding radical solutions to cut fraud management time in half.
• Working with data to spot anomalies, build logic, and dig until you find root causes.
• Using automation tools, writing scripts, or building workflows to cut waste and improve operational efficiency.

• We're looking for someone with 0-2 years of experience in operations, back-office functions, or customer-facing roles, ideally in a startup, fintech, or payment company.
• We move fast by keeping things simple, and we want someone who shares that mindset.

• You have an investigative analytical mind. You're not satisfied until things add up. You've worked with data — spreadsheets, SQL, BI tools, or anything in between — and you know how to spot anomalies, build logic, and dig until you find root causes. You don't need someone to hand you the answer.
• You're an empathetic communicator with strong client focus, clear communication in French and English, and ability to build trust while handling sensitive cases.
• You have an operational hacker mindset. When you see a repetitive task, your first instinct is to fix it — not just flag it. You've used automation tools, written scripts, or built workflows to cut waste. Bonus if you've worked with Python or no-code automation tools (Claude Cowork/skills, n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.).
