Chief of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer

Join Agility Robotics, a pioneering company in the humanoid robotics segment. As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and delivering the company's most high-impact strategic programs. You will manage a portfolio of strategic programs, establish operating cadence and program reviews, provide strategic oversight for engineering programs, and engage with the Executive Leadership Team. You will also drive OKR alignment, lead internal communication, act as a thought partner to senior leadership, foster a performance culture, and mitigate risks in complex technical programs.

• Établir un rythme opérationnel, des examens de programme et des cadres de reporting exécutif en partenariat avec l'équipe de direction exécutive et les équipes de programme.
• Fournir une supervision stratégique pour un portefeuille de programmes d'ingénierie et travailler en collaboration avec les chefs de programme techniques pour garantir que les efforts sont synchronisés avec les priorités stratégiques de l'entreprise.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field required; Top-tier MBA or Master’s in a technical field strongly preferred
• Technical Acumen: Deep strategic and analytical skills with significant exposure to complex hardware-software systems; experience in robotics or automation environments is strongly preferred
• Leadership: Strong executive presence, communication, and leadership skills capable of influencing at C-suite levels
• Track Record: Proven ability to drive large-scale, complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through commercialization with executive-level accountability
• Experience: 15+ years of experience in operations or leadership within emerging technology, robotics, or high-growth sectors
