UX/UI Designer

Join our team as a UX/UI Designer, where you will create intuitive and visually compelling digital experiences for our robotic systems. You will lead the end-to-end design process, improve existing features, design user interfaces for various applications, and collaborate with product and engineering teams. You will also assist in user research and usability testing, create visualizations for real-time data, and stay current with UX/UI best practices. • Lead the end-to-end design process for robot and web-based UI, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and final UI assets.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align design solutions with technical feasibility and business needs, and improve the UX/UI of features implemented by development teams.
• Assist in conducting user research and usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback to create intuitive visualizations for real-time data.
• Robotics experience is helpful but not required—what matters most is your ability to simplify complexity, advocate for the user, and bring a strong design perspective to multidisciplinary collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field—or equivalent practical experience
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across web or software applications
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience designing complex systems, dashboards, or technical tools for enterprise software
• Authorization to work in the USA
• Experience with prototyping and usability testing
• 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
• Familiarity with robotics, IoT, or industrial automation interfaces
• Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for better design-engineering collaboration
