Forward Deployed Product Manager (Agents)

Join our team as a Forward Deployed Product Manager (Agents) and take ownership of AI agent outcomes for strategic accounts. You'll be embedded directly with our clients, driving deployment outcomes and feeding insights back into the platform. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, flexible working hours, stock options, unlimited PTO, and a growth stipend.

• Own AI agent outcomes for strategic accounts end-to-end, including automation rates, resolution rates, and time-to-value.
• Deploy agents, identify obstacles to progress, and build platform fixes to benefit future accounts.
• Work directly with enterprise CX leaders to design and execute AI transformation roadmaps.
• You ship features, write docs, run demos, and measure what matters
• You can scope webhooks, OAuth flows, and complex integrations without needing an engineer to translate
• AI-native mindset - you live in Claude, Cursor, and build your own workflows before anyone asks
• You're comfortable advising CX leaders on organisational design, process optimisation, and transformation strategy
• You can diagnose whether a deployment problem is technical, operational, or stakeholder-driven, and prioritise accordingly
• You've lived the problems customers are trying to solve - you know what great CX looks like from the inside
• 5+ years in PM, solutions engineering, forward deployment, or technical account ownership
• Remote - Canada, Latin America preferred
