About The Role
Join HiveWatch as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and play a crucial role in generating and qualifying pipeline for our enterprise sales team. You will engage with physical security leaders at large organizations, introduce them to our AI-powered platform, and create high-quality opportunities for the team. This is an ideal position for someone early in their sales career who is interested in enterprise SaaS, AI, or security technology.

- This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants exposure to enterprise SaaS, complex sales motions, and clear advancement opportunities into an Account Executive role over time
- Interest in enterprise SaaS, AI, or security technology
- 1+ years experience in a sales, BDR, or customer-facing role (SaaS preferred)
- Comfort speaking with senior leaders and navigating professional conversations
- Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Coachable & Curious: You actively seek feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and apply what you learn quickly. You care about getting better every week, not just hitting activity numbers
- Gritty & Persistent: You get gritty when things don’t go your way. You don’t get discouraged by rejection and understand that consistent effort compounds over time in enterprise sales
- Ownership Mindset: You take responsibility for your pipeline, your accounts, and your development. You don’t wait to be told what to do – you experiment, iterate, and act like you own it
- Stay in the Car Mentality: You stay in the car when conversations get uncomfortable or prospects push back. Instead of bailing, you adapt your message, try again, and work the problem until you find a path forward
