IT Manager

Join our team as a Senior IT Systems Engineer, where you will be responsible for managing corporate IT end-to-end, partnering with Engineering on security initiatives, and ensuring our growing team has the tools and access they need to deliver. You will administer business productivity software, drive IT projects independently, manage endpoints, triage and resolve internal IT requests, support the HQ technology stack, and own engineering tooling provisioning and licensing. • Strong MacOS background and experience supporting Windows environments (physical and virtual endpoints)
• Experience with one or more IAM tools with a strong understanding of SSO, provisioning, as well as application and group management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to explain technical concepts to various stakeholders
• Strong time management, organizational, written and verbal skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with demonstrated experience recommending the right solution to complex challenges
• 6+ years of technical support experience for SMBs, whether internal or as an external consultant (MSP)
• Experience troubleshooting networks (configuring routing, firewall rules & virtual private networks)
• Experience working with on-prem virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi, Proxmox, AHV, etc.)
• Experience working in one or more major cloud provider environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Demonstrated experience working alongside security/compliance teams on SOC 2 or similar
• A wide knowledge of troubleshooting principles, best practices, and premier support skills
• Direct experience supporting a GSOC or SOC environment
• Low voltage & cabling experience
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or similar government security frameworks
• Startup experience and/or early stage SaaS experience
